Like other forms of complementary medicine such as acupuncture, facial reflexology works by stimulating a series of pressure points across your face that are linked to your greater body. Facial reflexology treatments use a combination of multireflex tools, pressure sequences and massage on your face, ears, neck and head to focus on rebalancing your body's systems and encourage healthy blood and lymph flow.
The added benefits of Facial reflexology are reduced appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and stimulating production of collagen and elastin, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and fresh-faced!

I’m Sarah, a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT™) and founder of Focused Balance. My path to reflexology started in a place many of us know all too well: burnout.

I was running on empty, convinced I could keep pushing through the stress, the deadlines, the pressure—until my body finally said, enough. The exhaustion wasn’t just physical. I felt mentally foggy, emotionally drained, and completely disconnected from myself. It was more than tiredness—it was a full-body signal that something needed to change.

That was my turning point.

I began exploring holistic healing, searching for something that could help me feel whole again. That’s when I found reflexology—and everything shifted. In those quiet, grounding sessions, I felt my nervous system settle, my breath slow, and for the first time in ages, I felt present in my own body. Reflexology helped me reconnect—mind, body, and spirit—and it sparked a deep passion to support others on their own paths back to balance.

Today, I specialize in helping people slow down, recharge, and reconnect with themselves. Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, or simply craving stillness in a busy world, I’m here to create space for rest and renewal.

I’m also committed to ongoing growth in this work. I’ve completed Facial Reflexology Level One and continue to deepen my knowledge while working toward my full Reflexology Therapist designation. These studies allow me to offer the most supportive and up-to-date techniques to meet each client where they are.

If you’ve been running on fumes, I see you. Let’s work together to restore your balance—one breath, one session, one step at a time.
